THCV is a cannabinoid derived naturally from hemp and cannabis plants. The 2018 Farm Bill and the Texas House Bill 1325 allow the legal growing and manufacturing of hemp in all its derivatives, cannabinoids, extracts, and isomers containing Delta 9 THC 0.3% or less by dry weight.
