All items or services purchased from Dama Botanicals LLC are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise specified in writing by Dama Botanicals LLC. The return period for items with an exception is 30 days, and because of the nature of the items we sell, time stamps are required in some instances. Exceptions and requirements for this policy are outlined below:

 

  • If a 510 thread vape cartridge or disposable vaping device is damaged or faulty upon delivery it must be documented thoroughly and  documentation must be submitted before a return or refund can be processed. The item must be as it was when received. If a device has been used we cannot process returns or exchanges.  Documentation can include but is not limited to:
    • Photo or video evidence of the malfunction while the device is still in the package–such as evidence of a leak or damage sustained in transit.
    • Photo or video evidence of the malfunction after the device has been removed from the package that is timestamped for the day of the products arrival.

Because of this policy, please inspect your device thoroughly through its packaging (if applicable) and/or immediately upon opening. If a device has been used regularly and then malfunctions, please double check the voltage setting on your battery. The majority of cartridges we sell are meant to be used on the lowest or near low voltage setting–if a malfunction happens this way, we cannot issue a refund or offer an exchange.

Please know that for items that are already opened or used there is only so much we can do as a small business. We appreciate your patronage, and will always strive to do right by our clients. If you feel that your situation goes beyond the extent of our Refund and Exchange policy, please reach out to us at [email protected] with details about your experience, and our recovery team will do the best they can to rectify your situation.

 

 

Shipping returns

If you do need to return your product, and your refund or exchange is approved, you should mail your product to: 1311 S 1st St., Ste A, Austin, TX, 78704

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the shipping cost of that exchange must be paid in full before the exchange can be mailed out. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
