Delta 8 and Delta 10 THC are both cannabinoids naturally derived from hemp and cannabis plants. THCO and THCP are newly discovered cannabinoids that produce a euphoric high and psychoactive effects similar to common THC in cannabis.
The 2018 Farm Bill and the Texas House Bill 1325 allow the legal growing and manufacturing of hemp in all its derivatives, cannabinoids, extracts, and isomers containing Delta 9 THC 0.3% or less by dry weight.
